Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept returns for wrong or defective items that are postmarked and sent back within 7 days of receiving them as long as they meet the Return & Exchange Guidelines stated below.
1. Returns for a Refund
There may be different policies depending on the product you wish to return for a refund. Please read the following thoroughly.
- General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our items, we can only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. All Bikinis and swimwear returns require approval upon inspection. Returns need to meet the Return & Exchange Guidelines below for approval. - Thongs and Underwear Return Policy
Because of health and safety regulations, there are no returns on Thongs and Undergarments. - Dresses Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your dress, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns need to meet the Return & Exchange Guidelines below for approval. - Custom Orders & BYOB Return Policy
All custom items are non refundable including BYOB custom bikinis.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as returns for a refund. If you are unhappy with an item and would prefer another, please follow the "1. Returns for a Refund" step above. Approved exchange requests will be refunded to your original form of payment less any shipping costs. You can place another order for the new item at any time.
3. Defective/Wrong Items Sent
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, we may replace the item if we are notified and the items are postmarked within 7 days. Once you receive the replacement items, they are subject to the same return/exchange guidelines below. Items that are deemed Non-Defective may require return postage if you want the items back. Please contact us if you have received the wrong or defective item.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:
A return or exchange will be issued on some unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the items. All return or exchange merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached, hygienic liners in tact, and packaging Included. If your return or exchange does not meet these guidelines, please do not send back your items as your return or exchange may not be approved. Instead please contact us to verify if it may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a small fee for postage to re-ship/return the item back to you.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for soiled or washed merchandise.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for tampered items or evidence of alteration, fragrance, or cigarette smoke.
- Approved returns will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping fees, and disqualified quantity, percentage, or shipping discounts. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
- Returns or exchanges must include a print out of the receipt or invoice and include the reason for return. You can find your receipt by logging into your account and going to your order history.
- We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a trackable shipping method.
