- What is Scrunch Buns®?
Scrunch Buns® is a registered trademark of DOLL Swimwear. It is an innovative swimwear design that ruches the bikini bottom to create a contour to flatter your natural shape. We carry one of the largest selection of Scrunch Bun® bikinis.
- What is Swimwear Lining?
Swimwear Lining adds an extra layer of protection and thickness inside the bikini to allow for the pool or beach environment. The bottoms are half lined by design. The rear of the bottoms is generally not lined to accommodate a more flattering scrunch butt design. Don't be fooled by cheaper imitation bikinis that skimp out on the quality and lining. All of our bikinis are lined unless otherwise noted.
- What is the difference between Padding Pocket, and Swimwear Padding?
A Padding Pocket is available on some bikini tops. This is a form of swimwear lining that also doubles as a pocket to add extra padding for support and lift. All bikini tops will come equipped with Padding Pockets unless otherwise noted. Swimwear Padding is an option we offer to have your top come with a set of custom pads for extra lift, support, and thickness. Insert these into the Padding Pockets built in to your bikini top. Swimwear Padding is removable and custom fitted for your bikini.
- I do not see the option to add lining, does that mean it doesn’t come with swimwear lining?
Unless noted, most of our bikini top items come fully lined with swimwear lining. Our bottoms are half lined in the front leaving the back unlined for our “scrunch butt” design giving you a more flattering look, no matter how big or small your bottom!
- Are the Swimwear Pads interchangeable between different bikini tops?
Yes, they are! The pads are removable and can be placed into any of our bikinis that have a Padding Pocket to place the pads in. Most of our tops come with swimwear lining and pockets for pads unless otherwise noted.
- Do the bikinis come in different sizes?
Currently, we have sizes S/M and M/L as well as Small, Medium, Large for most of our bikinis. However, some of our items are “one size fits most” and only come in one size. All sizes available will be displayed on the product page with appropriate sizing charts.
- How does all the sizes vary from S, M, to L?
Take a look at the item's page for size measurements.These measurements are general guidelines for fitting. Fit will vary depending on personal preference such as how tight/loose, exposure/coverage, etc. Email us for more info on sizing for your size and body type.
- What if the items I receive do not fit?
Please review our exchange policy here. All exchanges can be processed for the same style/color items in a different size only. All exchanges on different style/color items will be considered a return. Email us at for more information.
- The item I want is out of stock! Do you take back orders or pre-orders for out of stock items?
We are not currently providing options for back-orders or pre-orders. Items that are not discontinued usually come back in stock with a couple of weeks.

- Can I order online and pickup at a store or your location?
Orders placed online can only be shipped. Since all orders are shipped from our warehouse, we do not allow pickups in any store. Also we do not allow any walk-ins for pickups/returns/exchanges at our warehouse location due to a policy imposed by the property management.
- Why are there multiple pending charges on my account?
You may have noticed a message displayed before proceeding with each order when using a Credit Card/Debit Card: "By using your debit card, you are aware that there may be pending transaction imposed by your bank if the transaction is declined which usually is removed within 3 business days but up to 30 days." The reason for the disclaimer is some banks will put a hold for the amount even if the transaction was voided and uncollected by us (this is usually the case for debit cards). The hold is in the form of a pending charge and not a settled transaction. The issuing card companies usually resolves itself within 3 business days but sometimes up to 30 business days. This is a transaction policy that is imposed by your bank even if the transaction was denied and uncollected by us. - How long does it take to deliver my items?
The delivery time is both the processing time and the shipping transit time. We normally ship and process orders within 3 business days. Orders placed on a Friday evening, or over the weekend, will be processed by the following Wednesday. Please note that the chosen shipping method does not account for order processing time. For example, orders placed with next day shipping may not be received the day after you placed your order.

- How long does it take to process my return or exchange?
Once we receive your package, the exchange/return process will take 1-5 business days. Upon issuing your refund, you should see the amount reflected back onto your account in 5-10 business days depending on your bank and credit card company.
